Wrap my hands in bandages.
I hear you!
You got me thinking on this one … I see the band aid representing a wedding band that is no longer there … that is how my noodle interprets this poem …
I can see that…. I know you didn’t ask me, but I felt compelled to tell you anyway. Toni
It’s pretty much this way, tho’ maybe the wedding band never made it as far as the finger.
I want to know what radio station in Wyoming you’ve channeled.
Sussed. It’s growing into a whole lyric I’m going to offer to Kacey Musgraves. Country is the white girl’s blues.
i love how you use the band aid here and make us feel the grief in just a few well places brush strokes
That’s how I paint, Claudia. 🙂
