I love it! It’s always good to read about my first love, and the dirt. Don’t forget the dirt. :))
Don’t give me that about your first love! Where ya been?
oh wow….lots of emotions in this… and few places fix themselves…just saying…
I felt there were some stories bursting to get out…
if you ask me, some relationships are best flushed down the toilet and never revisited, but other ones keep climbing.
If you ask me, Steve, there’s a distinct tendency for people to get them the wrong way round.
I don’t know what “wrong way round” means,
Neither do a lot of people. That’s the tragedy.
Well that’s a shame. Maybe you could explain your understanding of “wrong way round” and help us all out a wee bit? Or I should say help me out a wee bit. I assume most people who visit your blog already know, but as for me, well…. I do reckon that I am one of these people who don’t know but I’m always interested in learning something new, getting a little more enlightened and what not. But don’t worry about it. Maybe I’ll pick it up down the road or maybe not. Either way, I do enjoy a good piece of chicken; ya know, appreciate the taste and all. My point being…gratitude. I try for that despite not knowing much else.
I’m not sure everyone else does, Steve, and not even sure I do myself. But in the case of relationships I guess I meant that we tend to cling on to those which we ought to flush down the toilet, and vice versa. A person like myself who has an appalling track record of relationships certainly does. The epitome of ‘wrong way round’.
I just had a bowl of Chicken Korma, by the way.
Maybe any track record is better than what many people got… no track record at all. I hope you enjoyed the chicken soup.
