Yes, I see that. It does what it does. That’s the beauty of the act of turning a poem loose.
i think it’s ok to give a newborn, elderly too, a sand dial? If it’s big enough i suppose, to eliminate the choking hazard. Great to see them turning the dial this way and that as if in my wishful thinking they’ve already, finally made peace with Marie’s 11, the one long goodbye note.
This ‘long goodbye note’ thing came to me the night before last, because that’s just what it is.
